I have been reflecting on my last post and how long it took me to publish it. Even though it took about an hour to write, it had been sitting in my drafts for a month or so. Why didn’t I post it there and then? Why did I sit and tweak it so much?
This led into further thoughts about why I keep my ideas quiet, like when I was making workout videos or fun cooking youtube videos.
The answer is simple really isn't it.
Judgement, embarrassment and failure are difficult to take. But what if you don’t fail. You never know until you try. And if you do fail then accept it, get up and move on.
F*ck it, do it and own it.
